AI Transparency Commitment

Roadmap may use AI tools to assist with analysis, drafting, and delivery of services, but AI never replaces professional judgment. All AI‑assisted outputs are reviewed, edited, and approved by qualified staff who remain fully accountable for the final result.

We do not give AI systems autonomous decision‑making authority over client environments, security controls, or material business decisions. Where AI is used in a way that meaningfully shapes our advice, documentation, or reports, it is used as a supporting tool and not as the source of truth.

Roadmap will only use AI services that meet our security, privacy, and confidentiality standards and are operated under our documented policies and controls. We will not use client data to train public AI models, and we will respect any client requests or contractual restrictions that limit or prohibit the use of AI in their engagements.
